This was once a great company to work for. Now employees’ jaws drop at how clueless management is. Indifferent to the workforce and oblivious to running the company.

Great salary, great time off, good people.

Cons

Can be very political. Big company and you become quite aware you are a replaceable cog in a machine. Can be too old school and risk averse which is frustrating for creatives.
