Pros

Fun environment and fun people to be around. Definitely brings out your inner kid! The office is really interesting being in the original toy factory with tall ceilings and brick walls. Also their Halloween Christmas parties are top notch.

Cons

The chain of command is pretty long which can make the ladder seem dauntingly tall which is why I think there seems to be a lot of lateral movement from team to team and brand to brand. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a company that size.
