9yAgreed on the hectic part. This is a fact in delivery. For customer success, we need to go above and beyond expectations sometimes. I am happy that you raised it along with a 5 star rating!
Having said that, we do try to have sports nights, poker nights, open house on Fridays etc. to keep work load balanced in general, if not everyday.
