no pros. working here for about 6 months and no positivity from management
Cons
very low salary, no career growth. HR and management never respond on time. they keep you hanging around in circles.

As a cloud data engineer I got a really great opportunity to work on trending techs like snowflake, GCP and tools like Nifi, talend etc. Below are the pros: Mangers are really good with their work. Will get opportunity to work latest Trending techs. Management is employee friendly. Snacks and Lunch facility for all employees. Appraisal is also good based on your performance.
Cons
There are few cons about hashmap earlier related to managing on bench resources, but now they have came up with competency managment team who always guid, encourage for doing POCs or certification in case if you get on bench (which is rare).
