Interesting work and good learning environment Young employees given challenging assignments and necessary support to succeed
Cons
Very high pressure environment. Work completed on very tight time lines and continual pressure to be chargeable Minimal salary progression, compensation comes through dividends once you have shares in the company. However, majority of the company owned by a select few, most share holders have a token amount.
