      Pros

      Once you are an associate and/or shareholder, the compensation is obscene. If it were earned, it would not be so obscene, but many of the people who reach this level did so out of pure tenure, not by merit.

      Cons

      See above. Very few people in this company deserve to be where they are in seniority and compensation. Hatch and upper management are asleep at the wheel.

      Pros

      - Very steady. People are nice. - I recall they had a policy where no one really got laid off during a downturn. Everyone just took a pay cut.

      Cons

      - Granted I was one year out of university but the work wasn't terribly challenging - Slow pace for someone more used to faster environments - I caught a couple of my bosses looking for other jobs on monster.com

      Pros

      Competitive salary, good benefits, challenging but friendly and supportive work environment.

      Cons

      Virtually none. I resigned to continue education, and then when I finished, the economy had tanked and they were on a hiring freeze, so I couldn't get back on. Still in contact with a few coworkers and they are doing great.
