So much internal politics. personal liking and disliking is involved. no merit is considered , its all about who has connection with upper management. only those can survive who has connection with the few key individuals. No one gets promoted based on their performance , its all about who you know within organization. People are rewarded for their faithfulness with certain individual, bonuses are given to people of your liking. Staff are hired and fired without any merit consideration. if you know someone in the higher ranks , you can survive as long as you want.
