      Pros

      Their salary, benefits and technology were fantastic. I had a top of the line computer for running multiple CAD softwares. I was given a lot of training, both formal and OJT to help prepare me for multiple projects.

      Cons

      The atmosphere of the company for the last year that I worked there was one of fear. People were always worried that they would go into work that day and have it be their last day with the company. There was a terrible onboarding program. After working at the company for two years I was informed by a senior designer that I had been drafting drawings that did not comply to their standards.

      Pros

      Great culture, great people to work with, get to work with some leading edge software and pushing the boundaries of where the industry is going. Get international assignments, "try" to move you around rather than fire you.

      Cons

      Difficult to get shares, some of the in-house software is a bit cumbersome at times.
