Be very wary unless you're in a critical position where they really need you.

Pros

My teammates were very talented, and top-notch. The Engineering Manager was cool too, and provided real direction, and growth to the engineers.

Cons

You just never know where you stand with Hatch, there aren't any warning signs that you need to pick the pace up, or improve. You're just terminated out of the blue, I didn't take it personally - but I would like to warn those who would "consider" joining Hatch of these cryptic realities.
