Pros

Good mentoring program and senior engineers are open to teaching and answering questions. Upper management is easy to communicate with and CEO is a nice guy.

Cons

Work life balance could be hard to manage but that’s only during busy times. Could be without a project if a project is canceled. Pay is pretty average.
