Pros

Terrible place to work, micro-managing office personnel to make them feel incompetent, which is exactly what management wants. Do not even consider this employer they have no ethics or values. Terrible and it could be so nice if management were given training on how to treat employees like people. Terrible work place.

Cons

same as above nothing good about this place unfortunately I wasted 3 years here and was constantly abused verbally, mentally and emotionally by management. Terrible Management no positives from them only negatives they thrive on destroying employees on a daily basis. Very Negative work environment.

Pros

You will learn a lot about corporate politics and business relations, as well as Customer Service. There are some great people working there, and you'll make friendships that will last. The pay and benefits are competitive with others in the industry.

Cons

There is little opportunity to advance if you have a family and aren't able to move to another location. There doesn't seem to be much room for growth and recognition as far as ideas or collaboration go. There is a high turnover also.

Pros

Decent benefits but only for full time employees. Two weeks paid vacation for full time as well.

Cons

Hours are nights weekends and holidays with no room to advance, Management does not take responsibility for their mistakes and makes a miserable work environment unless you are a sales representative. Great potential if you want to work tons of hours and work in sales but they do not take care of the office as well as they do the sales staff.
