Havertys is an amazing company with fantastic leadership. They offer great benefits and competitive pay. This company truly cares for it's employees and offers opportunities to move up within the company. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a career in the Furniture Industry.

Cons

You do work retail hours. This means weekends and holidays. However, this will only be a Con to you if you haven't worked retail hours before.
