Pros

Great furniture. Deliveries go out fast. Great money I made over 50k my first year. if you work really hard you can too. Havertys will train you good enough to sell furniture if you have never sold furniture.

Cons

I worked for Havertys for a couple years I received President award in sales and at the end of the year received a pay cut when prices of everything went up. Haverty's is a Good Ol Boys club. Very conservative. Most of the sales personal are female. Lot's of drama if you start making friends. The only place I ever worked and would get totally stressed out before I even got there..My performance and money.kept me here.
