Being they have been around for over 130 years, are sometimes slow to change or come around to the times. Do some things old school. Lack of communication between departments

Pros

There is a lot of room for growth if you work hard and do what you are supposed to. Great group of people to work with! Everyone is helpful and there is little to no workplace drama.

Cons

As sales and even design sometimes your pay (commission based) were effected by things that are not your job or in your control. It's retail so keep in mind you will work every weekend and most Holidays.
