Great classes and training on becoming a better sales person.

Cons

Working for free on inventory days and to attend numerous mandatory meetings. Being fired or placed on probation for not delivering $35k per month in furniture. The company taking money from your paycheck for not selling enough of the furniture protection plan or mattresses. Must work on Holidays even if it is your day off without compensation for another day off.

Terrible place to work, micro-managing office personnel to make them feel incompetent, which is exactly what management wants. Do not even consider this employer they have no ethics or values. Terrible and it could be so nice if management were given training on how to treat employees like people. Terrible work place.

Cons

same as above nothing good about this place unfortunately I wasted 3 years here and was constantly abused verbally, mentally and emotionally by management. Terrible Management no positives from them only negatives they thrive on destroying employees on a daily basis. Very Negative work environment.

Good training.Great product. Company goes above and beyond for the customer

Cons

Too many salespeople. Good for the company since they are all commission but not great for salespeople starting out. Just when you start to get headwinds, 3 or 4 more salespeople are on the floor. Sales floor was overloaded on the least busy days. Toxic people were tolerated if they could close sales.
