Lots of hours, commission only in a slow economy can be rough, management often tends to overlook issues

Room for growth, benefits, 401K, the company rewards all employees better than some corporate companies I've worked for.

None so far. I enjoy coming to work everyday. It had been the best experience for me thus far.
