selling at Haverty's was fun..i worked with a great team and had one of the best sales managers there that i've ever had the pleasure of working under.

Cons

once that sales manager left, things went downhill fast. he'd always protected the sales staff from corporate and senior managers but once he was gone we were subject to their micromanaging. long hours and you will NEVER get a Saturday off. many days, we were just sitting around waiting our on turn to help someone.

A lot of sales people work 6-7 days a week. Makes it harder for people who just want to work 5 days a week. Work every weekend=No LIFE
