Pros

Benefits are decent but expensive

Cons

*Sexual and racial discrimination *DEI hiring *Promoting unqualified people, see above *Sales associates get treated like garbage *Management will ask you your opinion, then tell you to keep it to yourself *Rather than helping, they have a “if you don’t like it here leave philosophy.” *Absolutely no job security *Corporate takes money from sales commissions and bonuses *Decreasing commissions ,managers and hourly get cost of living raises *Managers lie on corporate papers and documents to cover their butts *HR department does absolutely nothing except cover for managers lies *I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a huge class action suit

Pros

Nice furniture, nice customers, clean environment

Cons

Militant old school scheduling for commission sales. 7-8 days in a row. Bullied to work 6 days a week just because “they did it back in the day” 930-7 with no breaks. No holiday pay or comp days.
