Pros

I truly enjoyed my Customers. They were the highlight of my day.

Cons

Negative people on the floor and favoritism. The fact that you have two Managers that are on the sales floor make it awkward when you need helpits like they are competing against you! The Manager definitely plays each person against each other. He has favorites.

Good training overall in the beginnning. Everyone on the sales team is personable and ethical. 40 hours. 2 days off.

Cons

every weekend, all holidays you can't take time off. very corporately controlling. lot of rules.

Cons

Lack of communication within the business. If mistakes happen from anywhere within the corporate chain, the drivers will feel the repercussions more than anyone else.
