First off, you are literally just a number. You are a nobody. At first, that may mean nothing to you. "I'm just going to do my 8, and get out of here" which is great, but when you want to move up in the company, good luck. You will get no where in this company. They run off a small circle, and they already know who is getting the next position, but they waste your time doing interviews and taking tests when they already know your not getting that position. I know plenty of co-workers who have been in that situation, and even Shift Supervisors who have confirmed that this is how Havis runs.
HR - Very unprofessional. They belittle you, and literally beat you down into nothing and expect you to hold your head high when working in this environment. It's frustrating knowing that you may have to: take some time off of work, have family issues or whatever the case may be, but their answer to everything is, "Well maybe Havis isn't the right company for you"? I wish they cared more about their employees. Off the top of my head I remember maybe...7 Former Employees who have left because of HR disrespecting them.
I can go on and on about the cons of Havis. If you want to use Havis as a "stepping stone" to build some experience, that's great, but don't walk in there thinking that this is going to be a life changing career, because you will soon learn that this place is not what you are looking for...
