Pros

Acceptable wages, facility is pretty clean and safe to work in, little or no OSHA violations

Cons

Pay could be better(not based on average national salaries for most positions), pay rates are capped, supervisory staff is lacking in organization and coordination between shifts, employee turnover rate is higher than a lot of other places
