If you work hard enough your gonna do more for the same petty amount you started with and your gonna get nowhere anytime soon either If your lazy your gonna move up

Basically take off when you want as long as you let your supervisor know ahead of time Christmas bonus. Nice employees in the warehouse not in the office

Cons

The employees who actually build the products should get paid more. Standing on your feet for 7hrs living heavy metal is getting paid basically nothing and the employees in the office gets to sit and gets paid way more
