Stress but has benefits

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Benefits, steady work hours and pay.

Cons

Cannot advance, not able to negotiate pay raises or extra benefits, no overtime, cannot transfer to other departments. The people we’re assisting are ok for the most part, but expect bad behavior weekly. People can be mean, intoxicated, sometimes make death threats and show signs of being severely mentally unstable. High turnover rate, as the pay is not worth the stress.
