Pros

I think Hawk-Eye Innovations is a great employer. I love the flexibility of hybrid working as well as being able to manage my own time. There are also good career progression and upskilling opportunities because I have regular check-ins with my manager about where I currently am and where I want to be. There are also lots of resources such as access to thousands of Udemy courses as well as more team specific events and incentives.

Cons

I am genuinely happy here so cannot easily think of a con that is worth mentioning. I feel like if I have a concern then I can raise it and it will be addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

interesting destinations to visit sometimes as the travel rate could reach 60 or 70%

Cons

- long hours with a lot of days away per year - zero work-life balance - low salaries compared to the hours of work put in (up to 15 hours per day sometimes and travel up to 14 days consecutively) -Per diems are the lowest ever - almost no career growth - pressure is extremely high - poor management and no clear structure
