Pros

- Working in sport is the lure - Great work mates on-site that make a good working culture during events

Cons

- Incredibly high responsibility for the salary which isn’t competitive - Terrible maintenance of company vehicles and equipment leading to feeling ill-equipped to do the job - Robotic management that could frankly be replaced by AI and no one would notice - A crazy insight into a company that basically operates on luck and operator graft in elite sport due to cost cutting in the midst of signing multi-million pound deals.

Pros

- Opportunity to work on high-level of sporting events without experience - Operators are good to work alongside

Cons

- Failure to honour pay rises - increased workload/responsibility for trainee pay - Zero recognition of individual performance - no motivation to go above - Out of touch management (can border on rude with some) - Skimp out on equipment at cost of operator expense (leading to critical issues)
