Honestly, there are not many Cons. Hawkins Personnel Group is a family owned business. They like to promote from within and because people are happy working here there is a limited amount of opportunities to step into a position or move up within the Company. If you are seeking employment opportunities with any of our clients that we work with you will have to go though an initial interview and assessments process. Expect a 2-3 day hiring process for some jobs.
