      Pros

      Employees to upper management are so nice, willing to help and down to earth but very professional. With hard work and dedication, there is room to grow with many benefits to follow. Hawkins wants each employee to have a work/life balance to ensure happy, healthy employees. One of the greatest parts of being a recruiter is that you're constantly bringing people together. Being able to work with and connect the two is incredibly satisfying.

      Hawkins Personnel takes pride in providing the best-qualified candidates for clients Management has confidence in the team's ability to work independently. Management encourages their employees to feel that they are a part of the team that not only cares for them as individuals, but also rewards them for their efforts Great work/life balance
