      Pros

      Saves your time, as you will not need to roam from one company to another to find a job. Just provide details about your qualifications, skills and they will find various places to place you.

      Cons

      Restricted to only so many places to staff. As they are growing to staff for more, realistically they are unable to staff for every place out there.
