Failed structure and understaffed, coupled with menial pay and no housing available led to four hour commutes per day and stressful work days.

You are able to get a daily meal any day that you work at the resort. They offer very good benefits.

Cons

Management is awful, if they are even around. For the most part of my time there, you did not see a manager except once in a while during your whole shift. Often times, there was no manager until at least two to 3 o’clock in the afternoon. There was a major amount of favoritism going on within the resort . Hours were not consistent.
