My first startup experience coming out of much larger corporations. #1 best part is the quality of collaboration and trust between employees. The cost and quality of healthcare is amazing compared with previous jobs. Work / life balance is a lot better than I think many startups have. Senior leadership very diverse for a startup.
Cons
Growing quickly can mean things feel chaotic or unorganized.
