      - FTO Program is amazing - Good People - Constant Training - Motus

      Cons

      - Seems that they are creating filler roles on the way to positions (Senior PE, Asst. PM, Asst. Super, etc) - Medical insurance isn't great, makes up for it in other areas of compensation.
