As a former landscape company owner i think this is company is not quite the best lack of respect humbleness also. Quite sad to say theres nothing good about working in earth scapes

The downside of working in this company is that theres really no professionalism they. discriminate If they see your a labor they try and take advantage. The boss fransisco is not the type of boss you should have in a company i talked to him about a personal situation i was in well il worked there he laughed in my face and said your nothing els then a labor witch is totally disrespectful And also when i went to my interview they said they were gana try me out to see what my pay rate was going to be and they never told me enything till after 2 months
