Good place to work if you are not in asian team

Good food , most people are good , ok benefits and salary

Cons

Stay away from Asian team . They have too many rules and illogical expectations. You may have to work even on weekends if you are there . Most of the other teams are better. Mostly white personnel are in high positions. Not much diversity.
