      lots and lots of work here....

      Cons

      I used to work in the fab area, one thing here..they removed all the chairs in the fab except for the inspector. Even though we have nothing to do, we cannot sit down at all, not allowed to sit or at least rest for like seconds. Working 12 hours shift with no sitting down is crazy. You will get yelled at by your supervisor! Sweat shop!

      Job is easy, repetivity and mundane. Good company to work towards getting a green card, since everyone is in it for that purpose

      Cons

      Micromanagement is the culture from top to down. The engineers get all the pressure that the upper manager pass to the directors or middlemanagement staff. If you enjoy working like a slave with little appreciation and little creativity
