Pros
Very little. I guess they don't lay off engineers，but it is majorly because they can take so much advantage of the engineers. They make you do much more than your job description.
Cons
Don't be fooled by the overall rating of 3.4. You may think it is not too good, but not the worst either. A lot of the positive reviews are posted by the management to lure people into this disaster. The overall score will be much lower if the fake good ones are removed. The HDD business is dying and the whole company is desperate. They use their engineers like tools to maximize their profits. They don't lay off engineers and technicians because they really take advantage of these people. Engineers and Techs are expected to do floor work like operators. They are also extremely cheap. They took away all the sick leaves last year, They don't even fully run the AC and heater in summer and winter to save money. The place is hot in summer and cold as hell in winter.
