Engineer just can't work like machine

Pros

- Slightly higher bonus - Lots of hands-on experience - Engineer folks are nice - Old school management - Too many unnecessary meetings

Cons

- Upper management pushing too hard - Under staffed, made you do a lot of work - Need to reply emails/texts even during vacation

Pros

People are usually nice to work with.

Cons

Meetings occur very frequently and are very lengthy (up to several hours each). So it is sometimes hard to focus on a particular project. The compensation policy is not very transparent and does not always reflect the level of responsibility/amount of work. There is no career growth.
