We continue to benchmark our compensation and benefits annually and strive to offer competitive pay. As part of this commitment, we provided an above-market 5% base salary increase for core team members in late 2024, and we remain dedicated to making progress toward our goal of paying above-market for core roles. Beyond compensation, we are also committed to fostering growth and career development. We have prioritized internal promotions, with nearly 900 team member advancements over the past 3.5 years, and we continue to invest in professional development opportunities.
