2yThanks for your more than one year of contributions to our success. I’m pleased to hear that you’re energized and inspired by your work. Additionally, I understand there are trade-offs to a remote-first workplace. Perhaps it would be worth reaching out to others local to your area and coordinating days for going into the office. We don’t micro-manage, so hybrid would be optional for most team members, but I think there are additional team members who feel similar to you in wanting to connect in-person with others.
