Thank you for your review and for your feedback, including your kind words -- I appreciate your vote of confidence. I also appreciate your feedback on the topic of diversity. I want to emphasize that we continue to strive to follow timeless principles in our approach to this topic as with all other topics and areas. This includes a focus on ensuring that when we post a new position we strive to attract as broad and diverse a pool of talented individuals as possible into the applicant pool. Then, as we go through the interview process for a position, we involve an interview team and we approach the interviews in a consistent manner, all with the objective of extending an offer to the most qualified candidate. We will continue to follow these principles and practices moving forward, with a desire for every team member at Health Catalyst to feel that they have a bright future ahead of them and that they are highly engaged in doing their best work. This includes male and female team members, white team members and team members of color, remote team members and team members who work near our offices, team members of all religious backgrounds, sexual orientations, and those coming from a diversity of other backgrounds and experiences. I care about every team member's experience, and we will work hard every day to try to continuously improve that experience.
