      Pros

      It sounds corny, but this company's values and the way I see the upper leadership consistently model and practice these values has not only inspired me to be a better team member, but also to make positive changes in my life outside of work. I continue to be impressed by our leadership in regards to their respect for all people and their transparency.

      Cons

      I have not experienced anything negative with this company.

      I haven't been here long but I appreciate how management really listens and takes the time to discuss issues at hand and what can be done to resolve them. I also appreciate the many benefits the company has to offer.

      Pros

      Our mission and operating principles are witnessed and felt daily. My job life has been spent caring for the patients and improving patient outcomes. I have felt reassured that my goals align with my new company goals and mission. I feel cared for with the extremely generous benefit package. I also feel more encouraged to grow myself since starting this role. Working toward improvement in our patient/quality outcomes and self-improvement has brought new excitement and satisfaction to my work life. Thank you!

      Cons

      The only con that I can think of was the orientation process. I felt that it was more geared toward the IT or technical employees and not the clinical-based new employees. It is hard sometimes to know where we fit into the whole of the company.
