I'm glad to hear your experience with Health Catalyst has been positive so far. To address your concern, I want to acknowledge that perception—and in some cases, the experience—of fragmentation across our products is real. It’s something we’ve heard and are actively working to resolve. I’m excited about the progress we’ve made with our next-generation data and analytics platform, Ignite, which plays a central role in bringing greater cohesion to our technology ecosystem. Since launching the platform a year ago, we’ve seen meaningful traction. Ignite is now embedded in an integrated solution, helping us drive outcomes in our five key focus areas and supporting the success of our applications and accelerators. The strategy we are executing against positions Ignite as the connective tissue across our offerings, helping to stitch together capabilities and deliver incremental value in a more unified way. -Dan Burton

Pros

They do really try to keep team members at the heart of their strategy. They don't get it right 100% of the time, but it's certainly the intention. Benefits are good. Flexible PTO is awesome. I have a manager and team I feel really care about me.

Cons

The strategy has been in flux the last couple of years which is hard to navigate sometimes. I think we're getting back in the right direction, but time will tell.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm truly glad to hear that you feel supported by your manager and team, and that our flexible PTO and benefits are adding value to your work and life. Creating an environment where team members feel cared for is core to who we strive to be, and it means a lot to know that intention is being felt. You're also right to point out that the last couple of years have brought challenges. That’s not always easy, and I appreciate your candor—and your resilience—as we’ve worked through change. We believe we are moving in a strong direction now, with greater clarity and alignment, but we know that time, consistency, and follow-through will matter most. Thank you again for all you contribute, and for your trust as we continue this work together. -Dan Burton
