I agree that our market realties as of late have been challenging, however I am optimistic about the growing tailwinds we’ll see in the coming months as health systems margins improve. You are correct about the importance, and difficulty, of attracting and retaining world-class talent. I have instructed the Leadership Team to re-focus efforts in this regard, and we are taking steps to renew our commitment to professional development, as evidenced by the recent re-introduction of 360-peer reviews for people managers.
