      Thanks for sharing your feedback. I agree that being remote-first carries challenges, and we are always looking for ways to build more connection in such an environment. Please share your ideas! I also recognize that while economic realities are difficult, and as we balance being EBITDA positive, I am happy that we were able to offer raises to all of our team members this year, in line with the compensation data we receive from Radford. One of the principles we strive to follow is to not micro-manage, and one downside of this is that standardization is not always a priority.
