Thank you for your review and feedback, and for choosing to be a servant-leader at Health Catalyst. I appreciate all that you shared that has been positive about your experience, and recognize there is a great deal to live up to, and that there are no shortcuts here. I also appreciate your perspective of the importance of sharing and receiving constructive feedback so that we can work to continously improve. We're working to build this capability into the fabric of the company, including through annual performance review processes for servant-leaders and for every team member. But we also feel it is important to maintain a healthy ratio of positive to constructive feedback -- what we share in our leadership training is a goal of a 7 to 1 ratio of positive to constructive feedback, which is data-informed. Some of the data that informs this perspective comes from the Gallup organization -- that accentuating and enabling team members to utilize their strengths is far more effective than having them focus inordinantly on fixing areas where they might be weak. There is a balance in all things, and self-awareness is critical, but I did want to share that there is a rationale and a great deal of data and thought that informs our bias towards positivity and a focus on reinforcing strengths.
