Pros

Have the option to make your own schedule with your clients

Cons

Driving up to 3 hours a day. No pay for rembursement Unless you meet required hours which is very hard ( I havent yet) and case load is unberable and lot of paperwork. Micromanagemnt also with supervisors.

Pros

I love the work. I love many of my coworkers, who care and support me regularly. It is a field of compassion and understanding. Rewarding to see kids and families succeed. The benefits package is really good too!

Cons

I drive a lot, but no mileage reimbursement because they have simplified it to stipends. There is a lot of documentation and changes occur frequently to it, usually by insurance rules. If I didn't love what I do, the pay wouldn't be enough. Not a lot of movement upward if you don't have a license.
