You are helping kids who need it.

Cons

You "get" to make your own schedule but they will make you chase down your clients to get their sessions in. It is exhausting. There is no time to plan out and really put energy into your sessions because they will have you doing constant paperwork, and you have to cover other people's clients' sessions if that person takes time off. Basically you're anxious all the time because it constantly feels like you are behind and then they keep adding more to your workload.
