Pros

Great staff members to work with. It is great to oversee your own schedule. Management is supportive and cares about the staff and their clients. Competitive pay and benefits. Advancement within the company is a high priority. I have personally enjoyed seeing how what we do as a company has improved the lives of many of our clients.

Cons

As with any job in this field, there are times that caseloads get a little large but unlike many companies, HCA is supportive and encouraging and that helps to reduce the stress and workload.
