Flexibility, ability to work with families and improve their lives

Cons

Heavy workload, lots of driving, no mileage reimbursement. Base pay and plus pay is not a great model.

Cooperative lower management, staff works together as a team.

Cons

Upper management puts emphasis on numbers and not clients. Caseloads got to be large and almost unmanageable so that clients were not receiving best possible clinical care.

Flexible work hours, Ability to earn Much more than base pay.

Cons

Barely any hours in the summer. Management is "clickish". There is so much paperwork, kiss your personal time goodbye. Management actively treats lower employees like children. No matter how many trainings there are, you actually never get training.
