They talk a very nice game at interviews however, their lack of competitive pay for the time you put in becomes clear very quickly. Masters level employees make 24000 a year. Bachelors make 20000.

You get paid per billable hour that big number they offer you. If your offered $20 dollars an hour that is only for face to face time. The rest is only minimum wage to do all the paperwork required. They allow sexually inappropriate staff to remain on the job and even promote them because they drink the kool aid. They have favorites inside the office and if you're not a favorite watch out. There is absolutely no work/life balance. You work all the time it's just up to you whether it's midnight or during the day to do notes. They lie and say they pay mileage; they don't.
