Great IDN with great Sr Leadership

Pros

Servant leadership with family culture. Puts customer and employee experience at the forefront. Company is doing some strong improvements to facilities and operations, this should create amazing improvements to the experiences for customers and associates.

Cons

Currently doing transitions and a lot of change.
